Host Jim Miller
Recently retired geologist Jim Miller hosted his very first PSK knap-in at the Big Pines Campground in beautuiful Yakima Caynon May 20th thru 23rd. And except for a little wind now and again, it was a great first knap-in! Attendance was verygood for a first ever Yakima Canyon Spring knap-in and all those attending had a great time. Jim's entree for his potluck dinner was spaghetti and it turned out great. It is amazing how may great side dishes go with spaghetti!
Besides the potluck we were all treated to Stu Murdock's famous Fry Bread. Folks enjoyed it so much that when Stu tried to bail with the excuse "I'm out of ingredients" a bunch of us donated all that he needed to make more - we even found enough baking soda!
